Yes, I know... shocking! And yes, the food is actually edible... and not just barely edible, but it's deliciously edible. I hate cooking, but baking is much better because... it so much like chemistry! You mix compounds and reagents (ingredients) and then treat it with heat, solvents, and other stuff... and voila! a product! (cookies, cakes). And this time, oh yes, you can eat the chemicals!
