What I Should Be Doing:
1/ reading articles pertaining to my research (which shall remain classified due to the sensitivity of the subject...)
2/ preparing for my lecture
3/ repeating number 1 until all articles ever published on the subject are read.

What I Am Actually Doing:
1/ not reading any articles
2/ not reading anything for that matter
3/ making my own sourdough starter
4/ just finished making two ice creams (peppermint and raspberry)
5/ about to make my own Irish Cream (read: home made Bailey's)
6/ maybe, possibly taking a shower, to give an illusion of cleanliness
7/ complaining about everything and nothing

The joy of being a chemist! We make our own alcohol, ice cream, and bread! How FABULOUS... or pathetic. Hmm...
